Senior Compensation & Benefits Officer, Asia (Temp)



  • Responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration in APAC with the support from local service providers or/and local HR.
  • Act as the interface with Finance on HR costs allocation and accruals periodically and when required.
  • Responsible for benefits administration and tax filing in APAC with the support from the local payroll/benefit service providers.
  • Assist in various annual project(s) including but not limited to salary review, bonus payout, salary benchmarking, HR costs budgeting/forecasting and HR audit.
  • Assist in analyzing our compensation and benefits policies/levels to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Maintaining employees’ record in global HRIS as well as employee’ personnel files to comply with audit requirements.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments.



  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • At least 6-8 years of solid experience in HR compensation and benefit in sizeable organizations
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Regional exposure and knowledge in labour law in countries in Asia will be an advantage
  • Experience in implementing regional/global HRMS projects is preferred
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent computer skills particular in Microsoft Excel
  • Good team player, pro-active, responsible and detailed-minded
  • Able to work under pressure & multi-tasking in fast-moving environment
