Our client, a well known F&B group in Hung Hom is looking for a Senior Human Resources officer (C&B focus) .

Responsibilities

  • This is a purely C&B role, mainly on benefit renewal / design, annual C&B exercise, HR policy, market benchmarking and etc.
  • Also assist in monthly payroll and MPF calculations in Hong Kong / Macau, maintaining high accuracy of payroll data in HRIS, and ensure all employee records are up-to-date, ensuring salary and related payment are in compliance with local law and in timely manner, compiling payroll reports, providing assistance in ad hoc projects that assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Solid knowledge in Macau law and regulations is preferable
  • Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Good excel & analytical skills
  • Immediate available preferred

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00
