  • Validate the effectiveness of ML/TF risk assessment models (including customer, country, product and conduit risk) by performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Devise enhancements to the design of ML/TF risk assessment models in light of the latest development and trends of ML/TF and regulations
  • Undertake AML/CFT risk assessment on the Bank’s product offerings and workflows
  • Formulate and update the Bank’s AML/CFT policies and procedures in light of the latest regulatory guidelines and requirements
  • Provide advice to frontline and other business units on AML/CFT-related matters
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of AML/CFT-related projects
  • Establish annual AML/CFT training plan and deliver trainings according to the needs of business units
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, preferably with relevant qualifications (e,g. CAMS, FRM, CPA, ACCA, etc.)
  • At least 3 years' experience in AML, audit, internal control, information technology, risk management, operations in banking or other financial sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and with good data / statistic analytical skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is preferred
  • Good at using MS Office including MS Word, and Excel
  • Business trip may be required
