Senior Concierge - Mid-levels luxury residential (Ref: OS00184)

We are now looking for a talented Senior Concierge to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Concierge Manager, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of our luxury residential property AREZZO. Duties will include liaising with relevant parties and departments, resolve issue regarding defects, maintaining excellent rapport with residents, overseeing proper performance of the on site team, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, DMC, and house rules. He/ she need to assist and oversee the day to day running of building facilities including gym, longue and swimming pool.
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be
- Tertiary education with at least 5 years' experience in property management of luxury residential developments
- Member/ Student member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing or related institution is preferable - PMSA Tier 2 or above
- Strong supervision and inter-personal skills and able to deal with different ethnic groups
- Willing to learn, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Willing to work on roster basis
