What you will do
We seek an energetic and accomplished OTC specialist to be responsible for verification, settlement, and life cycle event processing related to client transactions. Your role will involve affirming OTC trades from prior trade date and ensuring timely receipt of electronic-based OTC confirmations from trading counterparties. Products you may deal with include; total return swaps, equity options, structured equity products, convertible bond options, credit defaults and fixed income. You will also have responsibility for all aspects of periodic resets for vanilla and exotic IRS, CDS, and TRS products.

 
This role reports to the Team Leader of Middle Office Asset Servicing and forms part of the wider Hedge Fund Asset servicing team.

 
Your Knowledge/Skills:
  • OTC Derivatives product knowledge and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Strong Excel knowledge and skills
  • In-depth Functional and Industry Knowledge is required
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred as are related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA)
