A top international bank are seeking a Senior Consultant for their internal strategy team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In charge of parts of assignment under the supervision of PFC hub Manager and may drive junior consultant as the case may be
  • Proactive in managing transversal projects to develop PF Consulting
  • Contribute to the resolution of customer problem
  • Work and perform complex analysis in relative autonomy on all types of topics
  • Bring added value from the initial framing phase with the relevant work plan, methodology, diagnosis and solutions
  • Consider stakeholders’ standpoint when solving problems with a good understanding of the context and issues
  • Delivers quality documents and deliverables
  • Deliver documents ready to be presented to customers and stakeholders, with appropriate granularity and powerful story line to support key messages
  • Contribute to the organisation of the mission
  • Contribute to the organisation and planning of the mission
  • Drive the assignment in coordination with the manager, to meet deadlines, considering interactions, anticipates milestones, risks / difficulties and suggests solutions
  • Influence the customer
  • Communicate convincingly and adjust his speech to his interlocutors
  • Steer work streams to get conclusive results
  • Support the Manager in his client relationship management
  • Influences the assignment
  • Autonomous and able to manage different projects in parallel
  • Drive consultant when in charge of a topic and control the quality of deliverables
  • Able to handle new issues and improve his skills, is self-assured in new environment
  • Proactive, curious and creative
  • Capitalise on the assignment
  • Alert on potential or confirmed risks
  • Take part in the training and coaching of new team members and onboards consultants on assignment he supervises (methodology, assignment environment, client, etc)
  • A key contributor to the assignment Knowledge Management
  • Contribute to the development and branding of the team
  • Lead internal works and projects
  • Take initiatives to foster good relations within the team
