SENIOR CONTRACT MANAGER
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Leading a small team of in-house quantity surveyors
- Selecting, appointing and managing quantity surveying consultants
- Handling cost planning & control, contract strategies & procurement, tendering and contract administration
- Processing payments to consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
- Resolving contractual disputes and claims
- Preparing final accounts of projects
- Reporting directly to the General Manager of Project Management (2) Department
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying; additional degree in Law / Project Management will be an advantage
- Possess recognized professional qualification of HKIS, RICS or equivalent
- Member of professional project manager is a plus
- Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience working at senior position of quantity surveying consultancy firms or renowned property developers
- Familiar with quantity surveying and contract law
- Good leadership, team player and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, diligent, responsible and proactive
