Responsibilities:

  • Follow the instruction of Kitchen Section Head and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
  • Responsible for production of food items under guidance of Kitchen Section Head
  • Ensure safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen

Requirements:

  • Having relevant experiences will be an advantage
  • Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair command of English

  • 在分部主管的指導下預備廚房的食品
  • 確保廚房安全運作及清潔

入職要求:

  • 具相關工作經驗者優先
