  • Follow the instruction of Chef de Cuisine and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
  • Responsible for production of hot and cold food dishes in Cucina under guidance of Sous Chef
  • Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
  • Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
  • Flexible to work on split shift subject to operation needs


  • 在意大利餐廳總廚的指示下確保廚房食物的品質合乎酒店要求
  • 在助理總廚的指導下預備廚房的冷盤及熱盤食品
  • 確保廚房安全運作及清潔


  • 兩年或以上酒店或飲食業的相關工作經驗
  • 持有與食物衛生相關的證書者優先考慮
  • 操流利廣東話及略懂英語
  • 按營運實際情況有分段工作時間安排
