Senior Corporate Finance Service (CFS) Analyst

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent disciplines
with CPA/ACCA certification
  • 3-5 years external auditing / accounting / project management
experience in multinational companies,having Big 4 working experience
is a plus
  • thorough knowledge of accounting theory and its application in
practice with proven ability to prepare account analyses and reconcile
  • computer competency (SAP, Mfg Pro, HFM) in the client-server
environment using a wide range of application software
  • good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • effective communication and problem solving skills with good customer
focused approach and process improvement attitude
  • independent, a good team-player, able to manage projects and see them
through to implementation

Job Duties:
- Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller - CFS North Asia
  • supporting provision of consulting advice / support for special
projects such as CFS rollout, business integration, M&A, business
divestiture, due diligence, legal entity restructuring, tax planning
projects, GAAP reconciliations, etc., in different BU entities in
North Asia region, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and
  • statutory compliance and audit processes for Hong Kong, Macau and
Taiwan entities
  • working with centre of excellence (CoE) team, shared service centre
(SSC) and business unit (BU) Finance on month-end closing activities
  • provide project management support to North Asia CFS Controller for
North Asia / APAC region
  • participate in CFS rollout in North Asia region, identify any issues
and co-ordinate with BUs to develop remediate action plan
  • coordinate with CFS CoE team on month-end closing activities, prepare
financial and tax schedules for statutory audit compliance, as well as
Statutory Financial Statements and US GAAP vs local GAAP
  • support the year end statutory audit, prepare audit binders and
reconciliations and reports at legal entity level according local GAAP
  • support SSCs and central functions regarding accounting/financial
issues, as well as BU Finance on local statistical reportings to
regulatory bodies
  • communicate and interface with external and internal auditors
consultants and other business personnel on accounting issues
