Senior Credit Manager- Consumer Lending

Our client is actively looking for Senior Credit Manager in their expanding team.




  • Ensure the credit documentations and operating procedures comply with the credit policies and guidelines
  • Approve credit applications within delegated authorities independently
  • Supervise debt collection and liaise with solicitors regarding recovery strategy and actions
  • Exercise due diligence on individual mortgage loan and approve credit applications within delegated authority by taking into consideration in relating to property valuation, risk in credit, legal and market areas.
  • Assist in formulating credit strategies/policies for business growth, profit maximization and oversee the implementation to overall business
  • Participate in system enhancements, reporting and special projects from the credit risk management.
  • To reduce delinquency and bad debt in mortgage portfolio by taking proactive remedial actions at early stage
  • Monitor special industry sectors to be assigned, produce reports on them, and provide regular updated review on those sectors




  • University degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Over 10 years credit approval experience in Mortgage, SME and personal loan industries, which at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Strong communication
  • Able to work independently and handle multitasks
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
