Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessment in credit application for non-bank financial institutions like Securities firms, PE funds, Asset Management companies
• Formulate credit risk policies and procedures of new business in accordance with regulatory requirements and monitor its execution
• Propose and provide professional advice on credit risk control and management of new business
• Assist in ad hoc projects / duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Holder of MBA will be an advantage
• Qualifications in ACCA, CFA, ACIB, GARP-FRM, PRMIA-PRM are preferable
• At least 8-10 years banking experience in credit related areas preferably in Investment Bank, Asset Management / Fund / Securities company
• Understand of Basel and banking regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Independent, committed, proactive and responsible
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
