Key responsibilities:

  • Handle watch repair registration, prepare quotation, customer invoice and its related documents accurately
  • Handle incoming enquiries on after-sales, requests, and complaints by telephone, email and face to face with courteous manner
  • Provide clear explanation to customer regarding the conditions of the watch and the necessary follow-up required
  • Work closely with technicians, other internal departments, vendors & manufacturer in Geneve to maintain effective communication and smooth operations
  • Liaise with logistics team to manage deliveries
  • Proactively identify & resolve operational, procedural and technical issues to enhance customer experiences
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports, updating data base, conduct stock take on a regular basis
  • Mentoring junior customer service representatives
  • Manage spare parts purchase order, issue for repair services and maintain inventory record
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by CS Manager


  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience, in retail or luxury industry is highly preferred
  • Strong sense of customer-centric with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details, pleasant and out-going personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to accuracy
  • Willing to learn and with can-do attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
