  • Handles general enquiries and complaints from internal and external customers
  • Ensures daily work management is maintained - hotline, email enquiries, and post
  • Follows up and liaises with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers' needs
  • Contributes to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Develops Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge
  • Involves in ad hoc projects and administrative works
  • Supports Assistant Manager and steps up in their absence

  • Qualifications

  • Form 7 graduate/diploma or above
  • At least 4 years' experience in customer service in insurance companies and supervisory experience
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and well organized
  • Willing to learn and self-initiated
  • Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
  • Qualified license of IIQE - Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3
