The Division

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.


The Job

You will

  • support Customer Digital Experience Development Manager in delivering user centred digital application projects across the Club’s range of digital channels, including mobile app, website, ecommerce and cross-media platforms
  • assist in conducting customer research, focus group and translate the finding into detail user requirements
  • develop wireframe and interactive prototype in order to visualise  the customer journey and conduct user testing
  • assess solutions and options from IT and external vendor, work with them on specifications, timeline, testing and related deliverables
  • perform user acceptance test and support in product launch
  • assess and analyse usage behaviour and translate findings into actionable UX design improvements plan
  • stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital industry; consistently brings in new ideas to increase customer engagement


About You

You should have

  • a bachelor degree or above in Information Technology, Digital Product Design, Information Management or other relevant disciplines
  • at least 1 year hands-on experience in iOS / AOS mobile front-end development
  • at least 3 years of solid experience in managing digital application project
  • knowledge in prototyping software, e.g. Axure, InVision is a plus
  • expertise in web/mobile UX design and user interface design is a plus
  • strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • strong business acumen with good presentation and analytical skills
  • excellent communication in English and Chinese
  • excellent working attitude, self-motivated and team player

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Digital Experience Development Officer


Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
