Senior Customer Quality Manager (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)


  • 5-day week

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • 7 years+ experience in Quality Engineering of which 3 years in managerial position in electronics manufacturing company (Less experience will be considered as Customer Quality Manager).
  • Manage the process of customer returns and complaints. Ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Initiate activities and programs for continuous improvement on product's quality and operating processes.
  • Develop quality control plans.
  • Excellent knowledge in AIAG Quality tools like SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and APQP is preferable.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
