Senior Customer Relationship Manager (Branch)

Job duties:

  • Report to Branch Manager
  • Acquire new VIP Banking customers through sales acquisition effort
  • Provide professional service in selling of wealth management product 
  • Provide good service quality to VIP Banking customers and maintain customer contacts
  • Work to understand customers' financial needs
  • Work with product specialists where appropriate to provide services to VIP Banking customers
  • Conduct operational procedures by following the Bank's policies and procedures

Job requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in serving high net worth customers
  • Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
  • Comprehensive products knowledge on portfolio management and financial markets
  • Good compliance knowledge related to investment products sales


Candidates with less experience may be considered as “Customer Relationship Manager"
