Job description: Provide support to Call Center service and system projects, communicate and follow up with internal and external parities ensuring the smooth and timely completion of projects. Collect user requirement, perform data analysis, test and reports to support justification and daily business needs.
To provide administrative and coordination support to Call Center System & Services related projects;
To organize, implement, and consolidate system analysis, summarizing and providing recommendations from outcomes;
To coordinate with business users for requirement and translate to system requirement and work with IT for execution;
To provide descriptive analysis of data as required and the related reports;
To organize and provide support on meetings and training events;
To develop creative solutions to meet customer needs, to solve operational issues, and to improve
To develop and execute testing for system modifications;
To coordinate end-to-end UAT processes from specification preparation till production to ensure requirements are met;
To assist and support any ad hoc duties/ program as assigned.
Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
1 – 2 years of project management/coordination experience is an asset;
Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, MSWord and PowerPoint;
Strong attention to details;
Ability to work proactively and be able to consolidate data/information in an easy to understand
format for purpose of analysis and review by varying audience levels;
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working
relationships with others;
Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities;
Ability to work with CRM tools; Android and iOS application and software;
Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered.
