Core Responsibility:

We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team.

Your Role:

Handle inbound and outbound calls of our members, employers and fund managers in relation to pension fund and also their follow up requests

Provide timely follow up with clients the data discrepancy / outstanding matters

Perform UAT and administrative works of Member Services

Adhere to procedures, policy, regulations and trust deeds

You Have:
  • University degree holder
  • 2-3 years working experience in pension fund, MPF or call center experience would be an advantage
  • Detail minded with ability to meet tight schedules
  • Customer-oriented and willing to learn
  • Flexible for job rotation and multi-skilling
