The Role

  • Supervise subordinates and oversee billing process to ensure the invoices are accurately issued and resolve complex billing issues
  • Review and analyze accounts receivable trend and prepare the aging reports; maintain operational statistics for management reporting
  • Work closely with sales & engineering teams to monitor the service order and related workflow
  • Handle customers’ billing enquires
  • Coordinate with internal parties to develop and implement billing system
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned


The Person

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 years of experiences in accounting or accounts receivable with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Knowledge in SAP / ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficient in excel and database analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented and attentive to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
