Senior Customer Service Executive (Business Customer Hotline - Online Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to service enquiries including fault report via inbound call and written communication on various digital platforms (email, live chat and WhatsApp)
  • Maintain good customer relationship and promote the company’s products and services
  • Shift duties including Saturdays. (Sunday/Public Holiday off subject to actual business needs)
  • Working Location: Kowloon Bay

Requirements:: 

  • Form 5 graduate or above with at least 1 year’s relevant experience
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese with good word processing (English 30 wpm, Chinese 20 wpm), PC literate
  • Open minded with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive
  •  Fresh Graduates will also be considered
