We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic professional to join our team as Senior Customer Service Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' complaint, enquiries and feedback
  • Maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years of call centre experience, knowledge of general insurance products is a plus
  • Confident, customer-oriented
  • Able to work shift duties
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
