  • To be responsible for handling customers’ telephone enquiry; providing good after-sales service to customers; establishing good relationship with customers by provision of one-stop care service
  • Secondary level or above with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in service industry
  • Proficient in PC applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing 
  • Good command of spoken English & Chinese
  • Good Team Player, customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Shift duty is required
