Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage website and user interface design to promote products
  • Work closely with client to ensure efficient and effective service to customers
  • Provide instruction and training to retailers, collection point operators and AAHK
  • Measure, monitor and report to the management the trends of customer engagement and satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in online shops
  • Experience in customer care, helpdesk support and content upload is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
