Senior / Customer Service Officer - Inbound Call (5 days work)

Our Client, an international insurance group, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and requests from general customers
  • Identify customer needs and manage customer satisfaction level
  • Collect feedback from customers and make recommendations for continuous service enhancement

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • 2 – 4 years relevant experience in customer service/call center from banking, finance or insurance field
  • Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 3 preferred
  • Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
