Senior Customer Service Officer

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • With 6-8 years of relevant work experience in commercial credit areas
  • Experienced in customer services and complaint handling, must in banking or finance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferably with experience such with senior management level
  • MUST be careful and detail-oriented
  • Customer focus, mature, independent and flexible
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus. Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with correspondents from the banking/ finance industry and SME clients
  • Handle customer enquiries and related tasks in daily operational services including hotline, walk-in and correspondence services and user trainings
  • Provide external customer support, maintenance, trouble-shooting and may perform UAT on systems
