Senior Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Perform client account opening and ensure its documentations comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Perform KYC and AML checking
  • Provide quality customer service, handle clients' enquires and client complaint
  • Maintain good relationship with clients
  • Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve preset business targets
  • Oversee daily branch operation
  • Hands-on and practical experience in marketing
  • Provide training
  • Ensure all activities comply with the SFC's regulations and other regulatory requirements


  • F.7 or above
  • Minimum 5 years of solid branch management experience, preferably in brokerage or banking industry
  • Holder of SFC License for RA1 and RA2; holder of RA3 would be an advantage
  • Aggressive, Proactive and strong communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Willing to work at branch;Yuen Long District is preferable
  • Less experience will consider as Customer Service Officer
