Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Degree Holder with at least 3 years of customer service experience with securities brokerage firm
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC RA1 & RA2
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Must have "can-do" attitude and can work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for the whole account opening and client onboarding procedures
  • With experience in account opening and client onboarding for High Net Worth Individuals, Corporates and Professional Investors (PI)
  • Handle KYC due diligence, and FATCA related checking
  • Handle clients' enquiries on account opening, use of trading platform clients' deposit and complaints with good customer services skills
  • Willing to handle ad hoc tasks and projects
