Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business, Information Technology or related

  • disciplines
  • With 6-8 years of relevant work experience in commercial credit areas

  • Experienced in customer services and complaint handling, must in

  • banking or finance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferably with

  • experience such with senior management level
  • MUST be careful and detail-oriented

  • Customer focus, mature, independent and flexible

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin

  • is a plus. Immediate availability is highly preferred

    Job Duties:
  • Work closely with correspondents from the banking/ finance

  • industry and SME clients
  • Handle customer enquiries and related tasks in daily operational

  • services including hotline, walk-in and correspondence services and
    user trainings
  • Provide external customer support, maintenance, trouble-shooting and

  • may perform UAT on systems
