Senior Customer Service Representative


The Roles:

Reporting to Customer Service Manager, this exciting opportunity will be responsible for handling
B2B/ B2C logistics arrangement services and our customers’ feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics arrangement services via phone
  • Solve customers’ concerns and complaints with positive attitude
  • Reply customers’ comment via email and other online platforms
  • Perform professional customer service and create good experience for our customers
  • Facilitate Assistant Team Leaders and Team Leaders


  • Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Willing to perform shift duty
  • Excellent work ethics, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail
  • A team player with positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

Key Skills:

  • Able to handle customer difficulties, complaint, and duty in charge
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Able to use positive language and show resilience
  • Good product knowledge

Desired Skills:

  • Able to mentor junior peers
