 About the role: 

  • Develop effective customer services and event management strategies and plans to meet the business target
  • Leading a team of Customer Services staff, monitor and supervise their performance to ensure high quality of services to be delivered to our client and customer 
  • Leading a team of Event Team including the sales of meeting/exhibition venue, arrange and manage the logistics for the event support to ensure event completed in a smoothly manner
  • Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing key account client
  • To prepare monthly report, and provides management with special reporting and analysis on a departmental basis in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Hospitality, Event or Business Administration is desirable
  • At least 10 years’ experience on sales management, business development and channel work experience in e-Business or e-Marketing
  • Strong business acumen and innovative with passion to succeed in a fast dynamic environment 
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong sales drive 
  • Having experience of managing a team size over 20 sub-ordinates
  • Customer-oriented, possess good interpersonal, communication, supervisory, management skill and market sense
  • Organized, detailed minded, proactive, strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
