Senior Customer Services Executive

  • To handle customer enquiries and service request through emails and phone calls.
  • To handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • To strive for improving customer satisfaction level continuously. 
  • To assist Customer Service Manager with day to day operation and development of hotline center agent.
  • To review standard procedures, guidelines and manuals of customer service for complaints and comments handling.


  • Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years relevant customer service experience, preferably in food & beverage or retail industry.
  • Organize with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work out alternative solutions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
