  • Handle inquiries from Social Media, Whatsapp and call
  • Confer with customers by social media to provide information about products or services
  • Handle customer enquires professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customers' complaints and urgent matter via phone / written
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

  • Completion of Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Full Time: Able to work on shift (9 hours/day)
  • 2-3 years working experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented, able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are advantage
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office & PC applications
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

主要職責

  • 採取積極及正面的態度處理客戶訂單及解決客戶問題和投訴(無需銷售)
  • 與客戶和內部各方保持有效的溝通,以達專業服務水平
  • 協助內部營運

資歷要求

  • 中五/DSE程度或以上
  • 全職: 可輪班工作
  • 最少二至三年客戶服務經驗
  • 具有良好電話應對技巧,領導能力,解決問題能力和溝通能力
  • 有禮貌、耐心、主動,以客戶服務作主導
  • 良好英語及粵語
  • 可即時上班者優先考慮
