Senior Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Officer (Ref No. GPHK/AD/00046)

  • Assist Manager to monitor and maintain smooth operation to the team
  • Handle incoming calls from CS hotline system in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by mail
  • Handle special / problem complaint cases referred by team members / different departments, sort out, and recommend possible solution and ensure issues are promptly resolved
  • Deliver quality customer service including order processing, follow up and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required


  • Diploma or above in Sales & Customer Relations/Public Administration /Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in customer services preferably gained from call centre
  • Experience handle inquiries and complaints in Home Appliance industry will be advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Mature with good telephone manner and be a good team player
  • Detail-minded, patience, hard-working and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and perform independently in a fast paced environment
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
