Senior Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc. 

  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers 

  • Handle and resolve the problem cases independently 

  • Conduct administrative works and customer services support, including after-sales service, data input, documentations, etc. 

  • Coach new team member on customer service skills 

  • Ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory rating by meeting all control and service requirements 

  • Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancement or production problem fixing 

  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements

  • Higher diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines 

  • Qualified license of IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3 preferred  

  • Minimum 5 years working experience at customer services / insurance industry  

  • Mature, independent, customer-oriented with pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills 

  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service 

  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment 

  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Services Officer
