Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal/external customers on inbound and outbound order management, escalation, resolution, operational activities, reports deliverable & data inputs.
  • Maintain SAP Material Master for new product & customer master creation undertakings.
  • Trigger & participate Project Improvement (BPI) till implementation. Assist Senior Analyst, Service Delivery in Business Process training within team members.
  • Support Month-end/Quarter-end/new product launch; and attend customers call and QBR.
  • Responsible to create/update Working Instruction for the assigned process.

Job Requirements:

  1. 5-6 years relevant experience
  2. Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
  3. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  4. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  5. Customer Oriented, Good communication and interpersonal skills
