Senior Customer Success Manager (Finance IT; Recurring Revenue, FSI, 600K)

Responsible for administration and management of maintenance agreements and contracts for
multi-million dollar maintenance business line. This includes but is not limited to: tracking
contract status, coordinating contract renewals, implementation of automated streamline
maintenance administration processes, cross functional coordination, business analytics,
negotiation support and moves, add, change management. Goal is to maintain smooth and timely
contract processing, ensure data integrity and assist in establishing consistent, responsive and
flexible oversight of company's recurring revenue services.


  • Coordinate and manage customer specific new and existing service contracts including GAM level accounts.
  • Managing team of recurring revenue administrators specialists
  • Managing installed base
  • Creation of new and renewal pricing for contracts
  • Analyze contract language and specifics and apply them to maintenance pricing andschedule structure
  • Work with respective sales and customer relationship teams through the entire service renewal life cycle.
  • Tracking and Follow up through service renewal cycle from creation to invoicing
  • Update internal systems as necessary to maintain accurate data that will be used across multiple business units
  • Provide necessary feedback and recommendations as they relate to services and service renewal management and administration
  • Identify issues and problems as they occur and escalate as needed
  • Manage move, add , change requests in order to insure proper invoicing and system updating
  • Provide support for efficiency analytics and recurring revenue related reporting
  • Create and maintain FAQs and documentation relating to service renewal processing, billing and data integrity procedures.


  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to a service renewal program.
  • Ability to work, understand and progress in a fast paced technology driven environment
  • Must have functional understanding of data entry as related to business applications and specifically web based applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative, to enable identification of issues and devise solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, depending on specific situations.
  • Familiarity with contract creation and execution in a Service Delivery environment and experience with contract terms and documents.
  • Superior writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to apply innovative approaches and initiative to increase productivity and work standards is a plus.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Superior organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications specifically Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Sharepoint experience a plus


  • Bachelor Degree required
  • 5+ Years experience in the field of recurring revenue administration with emphasis on technology and/or telecommunications support services
  • Ideally previous experience in financial services technology, specific experience with institutional trading preferred.
  • Experience leading teams in multiple locations across a region required
  • Fluency in the following languages a plus : Mandarin, English, Cantonese
