Senior Data Analyst- Business Insights, SQL, Data Visualization

The Role

You will be a key member of the Core Data team to provide business value from a data- driven perspective. You will have the opportunity to work with all functions within the company such as Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering, and Operation to gain full spectrum on how data analytics could influence business decisions. This is a position where you can develop your hands-on technical skills as well as honing your business acumen through close collaborations with the Business Users.

The Candidate

You are expected to have high level SQL scripting, ETL process, and data visualization skills. While the technical work is essential, working with business users is equally important to gather business requirements and turn them into business insights/ actionable to truly bring out the true value of big data in a business setting. For career progression, you will have an opportunity to drive data projects and develop your people leading skills.

The Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills, data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Python is a plus.
  • A good understanding from both technical and business perspective. g. User Behaviour, Customer Segmentation, Churn & retention, or any predictive analytics.
  • Able to explain technical/ data- driven findings with the business in layman terms.
  • Fluency in English
