Senior Data Centre Operations Officer - IT Operations Department

Responsibilities:

• Execute batch run and monitor all jobs, such as day-end batch jobs, ad-hoc jobs, in all environments including production, disaster recovery and testing
• Perform systems administration tasks, e.g. DR drill, system shut down or startup, health check, program promotions, testing, as per instructed or documented
• Perform 7 x 24 on-shift duty and provide phone supports to internal users and external users
• Execute backup job according to pre-defined processes and procedures
• Notify/Assist the relevant parties by providing the job log on batch job error, perform all problem/incidents log and report by updating ITS according to established guidelines
• Assist Operator to perform reports, statements and Pin Mailer generation and printing as per pre-defined processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with formal training (e.g. certificate) in computer related discipline is preferable
• Minimum 1 year's working experience. Experience in 7 x 24 of computer operations is preferable
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
