Senior Dealer (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for handling client enquiries;
  2. Execute Bond and securities dealing orders;
  3. Match daily transaction records and prepare trading reports for management review;
  4. Assist in account opening and daily operations;
  5. Monitor clients’ risks and perform risk control;
  6. Participate in System user acceptance testing (UAT);
  7. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics or other related disciplines;
  2. SFC Type 1 and Type 2 license holder is a MUST;
  3. 3 years relevant working experience;
  4. Customer-focus mindset with outstanding communication skills;
  5. Self-initiative, good numerical sense and detailed minded;
  6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  7. Good command of spoken & written in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
