Senior Developer (Backend)

You will do the following in this job:

Mentoring, growing, and contributing to a team whose main responsibilities are:

• Developing professional and long-lasting software solutions from the draft in a Scrum team and utilizing the latest technologies to improve efficiencies and qualities
• Working with various parties and develop core libraries supporting high-quality, high-throughput and low latency communications between applications
• Developing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Fearlessly diving into the unknown fields and R&D in our internal projects

What you should have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Software Engineering related fields
• Comfortable to develop in Kotlin/JVM or javascript (Babel stage 3) or TypeScript 4.0
• Comfortable to write efficient SQL Queries for mission-critical tasks
• Experience in working multi-modules Maven/Gradle configurations, npm modules
• Experience in making hard tradeoffs between important goals and complete with a realistic and sustainable solution
• Able to discover, apply and establish best practices
• A keen focus on code readability and incremental refactoring
• Passion for self-improvement, a healthy appetite for learning and willingness to mentor

Would be great if you were:

• Experience with GitHub Flow or GitLab Flow
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis or ElasticSearch
• Experience with gRPC or GraphQL
• Experience with JVM Troubleshooting Tools (VisualVm), Benchmarking Tools (JMH), Load Generating Tools (JMeter)
• Experience with different Java productivity libraries like Guava, Lombok
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutine
• Experience in various aspects of backend development like NodeJS, Go
• Experience in UI Component crafting with any kind of framework.
• Having open source project contributions

*More experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer or System Analyst.
