We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Design UX Manager.

In this role, you will

  • Leading internal and external usability testing, and a deep understanding of customer attitudes, needs and expectations across PC, mobile, tablet and social media
  • Driving the banks multi channel strategy
  • Ensuring all products are best in class, offer standout customer experience and adhere to our brand guidelines
  • Understanding that local regulation and customs may mean some services need tailoring individually
  • Leading the move from local propositions to truly global ones that can be delivered locally but designed to globally defined standards
  • Promoting sustainable cost savings and operational efficiencies through standardising systems, processes and products on a global scale.
  • Leading the delivery products that are sufficiently different to those of our competitors

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Proven design and user experience background with industry expertise and experience
  • Experience of leading, managing and motivating a team in a customer focused organisation, in disciplines such as digital, technology services or change management
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Axure, Maqetta and an awareness of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
  • Experience setting strategy, planning and prioritising projects
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
