Senior Digital Leader (Department Head - Strategy, CRM, Social, Media – Network Agency – $95 000 PM) 

A leading Network Agency is now looking for a Senior Digital Leader (Head Department) to champion their Digital operations with a major focus on CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, operation and optimization of all things Digital, to grow customer communities, help understand customer’s needs, improve CRM performance and drive commercial value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital division and manage major account (Consumer Electronics)
  • Be the subject expert for all CRM questions; give guidance and support wherever necessary
  • Develop separate CRM initiatives across varying APAC regions taking into account individual requirements.
  • Analyze market digital trends to ensure consumer preference is aligned with customer experience at all touchpoints
  • Work on Social, Media, Strategy, Data Analytics where necessary
  • Assist on Digital transformation elements
  • Work on and assist business pitches where necessary
  • Manage teams of up to 10 and work alongside Account Servicing, Technical, Creative and Operation teams

The Candidate:

  • Minimum ten years working inside of dedicated CRM/Loyalty and Data Analytics roles
  • Experience managing a team with a CRM / Digital focus
  • Must have prior experience working on CRM at a senior manager level
  • Must have experience working on CRM at a regional level inside of APAC
