Senior/ Digital Marketing Manager (eCommerce regional retail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development of overall digital marketing strategy and partnerships, and manage marketing plan per e-commerce platform across owned online channels and third-party marketplace platforms to increase business opportunities
  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns to drive e-commerce activities in international markets
  • Manage and execute daily digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile, etc.) across international markets
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Stay abreast on emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Regular reporting to senior management, including competitor media spend analysis, KPI definition and monitoring, as well as comprehensive review with local markets
  • Develop conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Constant collaboration with local teams: develop guidelines and standard operation process to ensure group alignment
  • Coordinate online content production and scheduling on all social media platforms, not limited to and including Instagram and Facebook

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines
  • With minimum 10 - 15 years solid experience in Retail with corporate level highly preferable
  • With Retail & Regional Experience is Highly preferable
  • Strong Marketing, E-commerce and business network and excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent Management skills and Creative and pro-active
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
