We are now inviting positive, self-motivated talent with a really approachable manner for the above challenging role at InterContinental Hong Kong:


  • Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital media and ecommerce activity for the Hotel
  • Supports hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and ecommerce programs
  • Provides guidance and supervision for the Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate electronic marketing efforts with emphasis on social media platforms
  • Represents the InterContinental brand as a “Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications / Marketing / E-Commerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing management experience in the e-marketing space, with experience in hotel industry would be an advantage
  • Previous experience with social media channel management in advertising agency is preferred
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
  • Good communication, project management and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of social media campaign management
  • Knowledge of acceptable styles for electronic media and experience writing web-based marketing collateral
  • Keen eye for detail, experience proof reading for grammer, punctuation, style and brand standards
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, various web browsers
