Responsible for supporting delivery of digital messaging across channels to ultimately drive growth plans for Digital. Delivery will require an understanding of the value channel and the strongest element being the overall achievement of the Digital plan in conjunction with regional and local entity teams.
Contracting and Relationship Management with local business, marketing and other functions to facilitate Digital operating model including delivery and implementation of changes.
To interact, influence and coach all key business stakeholders within country and regional teams to ensure effective communication between all in digital delivery.
Influencing and challenging the drivers for change to assure proven solutions adopted in other markets are appropriately considered.
Supporting the implementation of Group Digital Strategy by initiating new business, sharing best practice and engaging business areas and functions to deliver and drive change. Influence and coach business stakeholders to assure initiated change align to Group Strategy whilst meeting local market requirements.
Collaboration with Digital functions and other Digital Messaging Consultants globally to ensure joined up approach across the region.
Ensure leadership of a team of experts in charge of flawless and optimum execution of digital value added messages. The jobholder will work closely with providing operational insight, offering a pragmatic approach to Global Digital Teams and other global functions.
Accountability for collaboration of all digital messaging activities within Digital which will include but not limited to analysis, consultation, design, build, testing and optimisation by supporting local entities adapt and implement Digital Messaging global ways of working across digital channels and ultimately have the responsibility of continuously executing, on behalf of Global Digital groups, optimized messaging and targeting to customers across all digital channels.
Act as the first point of escalation from the business
Provide a mechanism for information transfer of Digital knowledge, terminology and experience across regions and entities
Lead on digital Governance at the outset of all Digital project scoping exercises in conjunction with the relevant business stakeholders
Drive technology partners to improve system targeting and messaging capabilities
Constantly seek opportunities to promote the key benefits and successes of Digital Messaging to the wider Retail Banking and Commercial Banking functions
Demonstrate an awareness of needs of the Business, facilitating engagement to provide innovative solutions to issues
Play a leading role in building a skilled, motivated team
Become a Champion for change to inspire stakeholders, anticipating their future needs and facilitating a structure to deliver solutions
Develop and manage Governance procedures to minimise divergence from Digital Core solutions. Procedures should be comprehensive, clear and unambiguous, and include Service Level Agreements, individual and team ownership, mitigation strategies, resolution scenarios and escalation policy
Identify, develop and implement improvements to internal Digital Processes in conjunction with Digital Global Teams
Continuous optimization and improvement of digital messaging through a closed loop metrics driven processes
