Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking (CMB) business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. 

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.  As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Digital Partnership Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive the development of ecosystem strategy, roadmap and execution of strategy for ecosystem partnership to best-in-class business ecosystem for the bank
  • Nurture and groom new onboard partners to develop an eco-system to bring in new customer base and alternative data to grow business
  • Innovate the new business model or new revenue driver through ecosystem partnership to grow consumer business in terms of customer acquisition and joint customer value proposition
  • Work with business and functional teams to translate partnership strategy into clear roadmaps, and actionable pipeline of opportunities
  • Design, manage and deliver open customer journeys for scalable business results
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity assessment framework to guide the identification, promotion and development of new markets, services, or capabilities through partnerships and/or ecosystem engagement.
  • Ensure alignment of revenue recognition methodology with Finance; track financial performance and business drivers
  • Support the formulation of digital strategy, using iterative research on political/ economical/ environmental/ regulatory/ technological changes; digital trends; competition landscape and customer needs

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, OR other relevant qualifications;
  • Proven experience (at least 8 years) in digital engagement in terms of extending the bank's products and service offerings with partnership building
  • Previous digital innovation experience along with business
  • Experience in project management, with good knowledge of SME business an advantage
  • Digital savvy with experience in management consulting, open banking, strategy, product development / commercialization or e-Commerce;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and influence key stakeholders & partners
  • A quick learner with strong analytical skills and able to move seamlessly from high level concepts to detail
  • Ability to make decisions based on insight and analysis
  • Creative thinking to generate new idea and deliver business value
  • Knowledgeable in banking operations, banking products/ services, ideally in Commercial Banking
  • Could communicate, speak and write, in fluent English and Cantonese/ Putonghua (a plus)
