Our client is a renowned and well-established media business across APAC and is looking for a Senior Digital Product Analyst to develop their new digital products.
Our client is a well - established online platform with multiple businesses across APAC and is the key player of their category. This is a new role on a newly formed team with the opportunity for high impact in the company and will supports their core product team.
Perform analysis on large sets of data to extract actionable insights that will drive customer product experience decisions;
Drive deep analytics on business critical data including user cohorts analysis, user behavior correlations, conversion funnels and digital product kpi;
Develop models around customer behaviors and predictive algorithms / models to be used for real time or strategic planning applications;
Gather requirements to support the design of new product features and enhancements;
Develop hypotheses and plan A/B tests to drive iterative improvements through efficient experimentation;
Work closely with product owners, user experience specialists, designers, developers and others across the company;
Partner with developers to build comprehensive data which is easy to use & drive insight;
Establish data tools to tackle questions at scale;
Scale insights into best practices and share with stakeholders.
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Mining;
4 years of experience in Internet Web / Mobile App product industry as a User Insight Analyst delivering deep user analysis;
Experienced in coding skills SQL, R or Python and Data Visualisation experience (e.g. Tableau, Advanced Excel skill);
Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and with Facebook Analysis is a plus;
Excellent analytical & business skills to identify implicit, unstated, and unrecognized requirements;
Passionate with digital product analysis and data driven growth hacking;
Social Media savvy with functionality & user experience knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and YouTube is a plus;
Communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
