Senior Director - Customer Loyalty

As a Director of Customer Strategies, you will create and implement strategy to drive growth for both our clients and Kantar TNS. You will be responsible for the complete management of the Customer Strategies business in Hong Kong, working closely with our wider Regional and Global Customer Strategies team, developing and executing go-to-market strategies and activating our Customer Strategies offer portfolio. 

Key Outcomes:

  • Be regarded as a Customer Strategy expert in Hong Kong;
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients:
  • Achieve higher efficiency in project delivery;
  • Able to provide consultancy and advisory to address our clients’ needs;
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability of the Customer Strategies practice in Hong Kong;
  • Be accountable for, and drive the TNS specific Customer Strategies offer (relationshipTRI*M, transactionTRI*M, TRI*M HiPO) in Hong Kong;
  • Ensure the Hong Kong Customer Strategies Practice continuously delivers thought leadership and brings value to key clients to ensure Kantar TNS’s thinking is used as a strategic tool for our clients’ business;
  • Ensure operational efficiency and a high standard of delivery (reports, presentation) throughout the practice, e.g. through compliance with TRI*M standards and TRI*M Software application

Key Capabilities:

  • Solid grounding in Customer Strategies solutions with minimum 13 years’ experience, preferably with multinational Market Research agencies;
  • Evidenced in partnering with senior clients to positively challenge and disrupt to identify the key issues and provide effective solutions to deliver financial objectives;
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering successful Customer Strategies solutions (including customer journeys, service/touchpoint performance management and real-time feedback systems) and customer loyalty for clients not limited to telecommunication, automotive, financial, hospitality, and real estate sectors;
  • Demonstrable evidence in working well within a highly matrix structure (Country MD, Regional CEO, Business Leaders, Regional Practice Leaders, etc.)
  • Bachelor or above Degree;
  • Fluent in written and oral English, Mandarin/Cantonese would be advantageous.
