YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting directly to Vice President Commercial Hong Kong & Macau and leading the country Global & Multinational Customers (GMNC) team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the GMNC business in Hong Kong. You will assist Vice President Commercial in formulating and implementing country strategy for account acquisition/expansion by industry segments; directing and driving the team to ensure achievement of agreed revenue, profitability and other performance targets.

 

  • Lead in the strategic planning process of GMNC business, ensure inputs from every aspects i.e. Country, Regional and Global networks have been taken into account and thoroughly analysed
  • Drive the achievement of country revenue and key performance indicators for GMNC business, ensure account profitability and business sustainability as well as the delivery of growth rates that enhance market share at planned levels in designated industry segments
  • Work with Global and Regional team to drive strategic account development, set strategies for business growth into new and existing customers, expand portfolio by develop potential industry, make the most to increase share of wallet with quality revenue from existing GMNC customers through solution and product selling while align with Global, Regional and Country strategies
  • Implement country tactics through leading industry segment heads in relation to pricing, competition, account acquisition/expansion and profitability
  • Support the implementation of agreed account sales and customer acquisition strategies set by the regional account team, ensuring the target revenue and profitability levels are in line with the agreed business plan
  • Build and maintain high level executive relationships within the customer accounts, provide additional values to increase customers satisfaction and business stickiness
  • Work in collaboration with Vice President GMNC APEC and Country Sales Channel Heads to maximize Express APEC revenue and present business tenders in Regional Tender Review Board
  • Build and share business intelligence to raise awareness of sophisticated service offering
  • Take the ownership of team management and continuous measurement / reporting
  • Develop a high performance service culture within the function. Inspire, motivate and keep team members engaged to deliver quality results
  • Groom and develop the talent pool

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline, preferably with a Master degree
  • 15 years’ experience in sales with at least 10 years in a management capacity
  • 5 years’ experience in a sizable organisation of a related industry
  • Demonstrates competencies in shaping the direction for the teams with proven records of revenue acquisition and retention
  • Experience in deploying and managing change in a multi-dimensional matrix environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, and be able to communicate to the executive management levels of customers
  • Strong business acumen
  • Possess leadership qualities that can drive employee engagement and lead teams to achieve company strategy and goal
